Knowledge should not only be accumulated, but also shared
We provide coaching, training and guidance
Knowledge should not only be acquired and accumulated, but distributed and shared as well. Apart from supporting mediation trajectories, the partners of Mediation Amsterdam share a passion for people in conflict situations and for group processes.
We provide coaching, training and guidance for individual professionals and teams in relation to conflict dynamics and communication and dialogue skills. We bring extensive and valuable international and intercultural experience to the table to support an intensive and successful process.
Whenever it is useful, we will cooperate with other trainers, actors and professionals, depending on your specific requirements, wishes and group size.

We provide coaching, training and guidance
One-off coaching / Sparring sessions prove to be very useful for:
- Those who would like to be introduced to the profession of mediator or those who have just started working as a mediator.
- Start-up mediators who are looking for a sparring partner to discuss one of their own mediations.
- Those who want to change their current situation.
- Those who would like to gain more insight in their current situation and opportunities.
We also collaborate with other professionals
Some examples (please do contact us for a tailor-made offer):
- A group of managers wishing to learn the basic principles of mediation in order to be able to identify and address conflicts at an early stage;
- HR advisors with the intention to mediate in case of conflicts within their company;
- A front office team that is regularly confronted with challenging clients and would like to acquire new communication skills.
International and intercultural knowledge as extra baggage
Our workshops are designed, for instance, for:
- A team of entrepreneurs or self-employed people who want to deepen their fledgling cooperation and prevent conflicts from arising in the first place.
- A Works Council wishing to address a certain issue in the organisation, but is unsure how to go about this.
- A department wishing to make transparent what sort of (internal and/or external) force field they operate in.
- A team of professionals who want to formulate points of departure for their cooperation on a joint project.
