Background

Lindsay’s extensive expertise and skills enable her to mediate effectively and contribute positively to conflict resolution in a variety of contexts. Her intrinsic motivation to get to know people and get to the bottom of problems are characteristic of her personality. With her people skills, strong sense of fairness and empathy, Lindsay creates a safe and constructive environment during mediations. In doing so, she ensures that each person involved is treated fairly and even-handedly.

Lindsay worked as a lawyer within corporate legal organizations. She received her master’s degree in law with a specialization in conflict management, justice and mediation from the Free University of Amsterdam. Lindsay has been an active neighborhood mediator for many years. In addition, she held the role of trainer and coordinator of neighborhood mediation at a community organization. Lindsay also has a background in the creative industries, in which she has danced at a high level. With that, she gained a lot of practical experience in that sector.

With Lindsay’s legal knowledge and work experience in commercial law practice, the creative sector and community organizations, she is a versatile mediator well equipped to address professional issues.
